Lulu works in various mediums, oil painting, ceramics and textiles. She is inspired by loved ones, personal stories both tragic and endearing, her travels and a particular fondness for vintage toys and old images of flowers and animals. Her work colorfully depicts her personal mythology and helps her make sense of life (or a place to hide in:)
 

Lulu lives in New York City with her husband and their ever-growing collection of gnomes.  She calls Missoula, MT and Reykjavik, Iceland her hometowns.
